I provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming counselling for adults and young adults. As an AuDHD therapist, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, burnout, life transitions, identity, relationships, and personal growth.

My approach is individualized and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred Therapy, EMDR, somatic-based therapy, and other evidence-informed approaches to support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
